Council Leader Ken Bodfish backs down over 11 workersAdded: 21 June 2004 Following his 'resolute' stance declaring that the 11 binmen, suspended for taking unofficial industrial action, will not be reinstated, Council Leader Ken Bodfish seems to have done a u-turn.
