Communal bin pictures

You might not know this trial being forced upon us is not the first trial as the Council would have us believe. There was another trial in Albert Road a couple of years ago. One resident kept pictures, and as you can see all the promises the Council made to the residents there, coincidently the same promises to ourselves, were not kept.
They clearly show fly-tipping having taken place, graffiti, and a generally unhealthy atmosphere.
